You know when you get so caught up in everything that it just seems like there is a hurricane blowing around in your head? And then you take a step back, and just look at everything going on, and it just hits you that you don’t know why the hell all this stuff is so stressful. Sometimes when I feel like that, I step back and basically make a thought record. It sounds like a lot of crap, but it can really help you figure out what you are feeling, or what you are afraid of. But then again, it can also kind of bum you out if you realize what is bothering you, and it turned out to be worse than before.
